He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Pernokis; his children, Stacey Budge (Robert) and Terri Carter (Terry); his grandsons, Zachary Budge and Ben Carter; and his siblings, Jim, Dan and Linda.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Matthews House Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
