She is survived by: her close friend Chris LaCombe; her children, MacKenzie MacFarlane, Tristan LaCombe and Lucy "Jenn'; her parents, Mary Hoffarth and Jon Hoffarth; her siblings, Sandra Munger (Richard) and Jon Hoffarth Jr. (Stephanie); her nieces and nephews, Aidan, Ethan, Alex, Madisen, Emmett and Spencer; her mother-in-law Evelyn LaCombe (late Butch); and her brother-in-law Mike LaCombe (Heather). She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.
