He was predeceased by: his grandparent June Shetler. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Shacklady and Pat Shacklady; his grandparents, Pat Shetler and Ruth Shacklady; his godmother Peggie Bowman; and his great-aunts, Jeanette Russell and Fran Williams. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Georgian Bay General Hospital in Midland in memory of Jamie.
