David Winton Shatford Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Winton Shatford (Alliston, Ontario), born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Winton and Mildred (Wood); and his sister Carol Sears. He is survived by: his wife Vallee (Chantler); his children, Jeff (Ivy), Jenny (Michael Goulet) and Joanne (Andy Virtue); his grandchildren, Sarah, Alyssa, Ethan, Austin (Jenny), Christopher, Cameron, Curtis, Caleb and Clayton (Joanne); his niece Leigh Sears; and his nephews, Brad Sears (Heather), Craig Smith (Charlotte) and Colin Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider a donation in David's name to the Alliston Alliance Church.
