Arthur Raymond Lomas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Raymond Lomas (Alliston, Ontario), who passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arthur Raymond Lomas to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Ada Lawson and John Henry Lomas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Russ (Tracy) and Kim (Paolo); his grandchildren, Danielle, Jennifer, Olivia, Sierra, Hope, Jordyn, Hannah and Marek; and also, Dan (Gillian), Russ, Kim and Christine Sweet.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Drury Funeral Centre (519 Victoria St E, Alliston, ON L9R1K1). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. Even after moving into the Newmarket Health Centre in March 2021, during the height of the COVID pandemic, Ray continued to read scriptures and attend weekly Mass for as long as he was able.
