He is survived by: his wife Janie O'Brien; his children, Corey O'Brien (Montana), Shane O'Brien (Jenna) and Lisa O'Brien; his grandchildren, Carter, Lenox and Holly; and his siblings, Mary (Pat), Patricia, Barbara, Colleen, Laurene (Don), Brian (Carmen), Robert and Gerrard. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
