He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Cruickshank; his parents, Mabel Jean and Thorold Cruickshank; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Cruickshank (Gladys) of Alberta, Gerald Cruickshank (Paula) of Tara, David and Steve Cruickshank of Allenford; his grandchildren, Nicole (Colton), Melissa (Brad), Katie (Julian), Jessica (Jesse), Matthew, Shane, Kayla (Zack) and Brittany (Dustin); his brother Bob Cruickshank (Eileen); and his sister-in-law Marjorie Cruickshank.
