He was predeceased by: his wife Béatrice Couture; his parents, Georges Lalonde and Aurore Bissonnette; and his great grandchild Piper Jean. He is survived by: his close friend Annette Lemay; his children, Gerry (Frida Landry), Gilles (Francine Laniel), Marc (Cathy Ryan) and Bobby (Joy Young); his grandchildren, Julie (Jereon), Stéphanie, Patrick (Christine), Jamie (Amantha), Jeffrey (Alyson), Jason (Vanessa), Jenna (Brett), Adam (Bibiane), Brandon (Stefanie) and Kelita (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Océane, Ydelande, Xavier, Vincent, Samuel, Simon, Benjamin, Ewan, Kieva, Quinn, Rory, Elsie, Paislie, Adeline, Summer, Valerie and Henrick; and his siblings, Eliane (Jean-Claude Lapensée), Monique (late Aurald Bellefeuille) and Pauline (late Marcel St-Jean). He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
