She was predeceased by: her parents, Émile Lapalme and Yvonne Burelle; her husband Roméo Brisson; her son Daniel Brisson (Jacqueline Madeiros); and her siblings, Noëlla Bertrand (late Charles), Rhéa Ménard (late Ernest), Alice Roy-Villeneuve (late Armand Roy), Françoise Villeneuve (late Gérard) and Laurier Lapalme (late Estelle Ménard).
She is survived by: her children, Mireille Patenaude, Serge (Deborah Williams), Lucie Brisson-Fortin (late Roger Fortin), Francine (Pete Macri) and Christian (Diane Koczela); and her siblings, Huguette (late Rhéal Lafrance), Claude (Jeanne Cayer), Germain, Jacques (Lise Lamadeleine) and Marie-Paule (Denis Grégoire). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
