William MacGillis Obituary

We bid farewell to William MacGillis of Alexandria, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 26, 2025 at the age of 81. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. MacGillis and Christena; and his daughter-in-law Rhona. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Michael (Rhona), Blair (Stephanie) and Jennifer Bellefeuille (Joel); his grandchildren, Riley, Abigail, Corey, Juliet, Nathan, Gavin and Curtis; and his siblings, Jack, Frank, Bernie, Jimmy and Mary.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd. - Alexandria Branch (114 Main St S, Alexandria, ON K0C1A0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Finnan's Basilica (72 St Paul St, Alexandria, ON K0C1A0).
