With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Akkermans (Alexandria, Ontario), who passed away on July 31, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna VanLoon; his daughter Anna; and his close friend Dini Hagen. He is survived by: his children, Herman, John, Tony, Martintown and Will. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren plus many extended family and friends.
