With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Elizabeth Drinkwater of Alexandria, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2024 at the age of 73. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Susan leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Stubbings; and her parents, Michael Drinkwater (Montreal) and Audrey Drinkwater. She is survived by: her sisters, Diane Wood (Aylmer) and Maureen Moffatt (David Friendly) of Lunenberg; her niece Margaret Wood Hambling (Steve); her nephew Philip Wood (Lori); her uncle Allan Jardin; her friend Bev; and her goddaughter Cassandra.
