With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Derby of Alexandria, Ontario, who passed away on September 24, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stephen Daniel'Dan'Sloan; her parents, Edna Jane and William Alexander Derby; her siblings, Andrea Derby (Steve Carlisle) and Sarah Derby (Colin McIntosh); her nephews, Andrew, Sam Carlisle and Ben McIntosh; her niece Katie; and her siblings-in-law, Sean Sloan of Toronto and Monica Sloan (Gerry Hawkins) of Toronto.
