He was predeceased by: his sister Lorna Chisholm (Bernie); and his parents, Elizabeth McDonald and Cameron McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Anne MacDonald; his sons, Matt (Leanne) and Andrew (Emily Millar); his grandchildren, Weston, Britton and Kensington; and his siblings, Gary (Margaret), Greg, Sheila and Ron (Janice). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, his friends.

Memorial donation to Friends of the Neuro (Montreal Neurological Institute-Hospital), 3801 University St., Montreal, QC H3A 2B4, would be appreciated by the family.
