He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna Cooper; his siblings, Isaac, Johnny, Mary Doonan, Jessie Hess, Agnes Elash and Georgina Smith; and his parents, Andrew Cooper and Aimie Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Cooper of Alberta, Stella Arseneault (late Alain) of Apple Hill, Sidney Cooper Jr. (Joanne) of Glen Robertson and Glenn Cooper (Louise) of Alexandria. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren.
Memorial Donations to the Alexandria United Church would be appreciated by the family.
