Rheal Quesnel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rheal Quesnel of Alexandria, Ontario, who passed away on March 22, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Beatrice Quesnel; his son Lucien Quesnel (Nicole); his siblings, Dollard (late Thérèse), Blanche Harps (late Adoplhus), Cécile Gagnon (late Emile) and Aline Lauzon (late Roméo); and his parents, Adelard Quesnel and Clara Quenneville.
He is survived by: his children, Gisèle Campeau (Rejean) of Williamstown, Claire Broadhead (Garry) of Alberta, Roger Quesnel (Suzanne) of Alexandria, Odette Lajoie (Gilles) of Alexandria, Bruno Quesnel (Lilliane) of Alexandria, Lise Decoeur (Jean-Pierre) of Alexandria, René Quesnel (Monique) of Alexandria, Claudette Frappier (Maurice) of St. Isidore, Monique Ménard (Alain) of St. Isidore and Yvon Quesnel (Linda) of St. Andrew's West; and his sister Dorothy Séguin-Lauzon (late Réal) of Alexandria. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Donations to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
