He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelard Belair and Lenna Belair; and his siblings, Bobby, Roy, Percy, Dolores, Rita and Suzanne.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Belair; his son Andy Belair (Teena Burson); his grandchild Chayce; and his sister Anita Belair (Jean-Paul).
