She was predeceased by: her husband John Francis MacDonell; and her siblings, Norma Pulfer, Roseal Bentley, Hazel Casgrain and Hugh Allan McDonald.

She is survived by: her brother Glenn MacDonald. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Maxville Manor Foundation or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
