She was predeceased by: her sister Claire Banga; and her parents, Rodolph Dubeau and Françoise Dubeau. She is survived by: her husband Stuart Nixon; her children, Alexandre Dubeau-St-Amour of Guelph, Jacob St-Amour (Jennifer Pederson) of Cornwall and Paige Nixon of Montreal; her stepchildren, Kelly Nixon (Grant Crack) of Alexandria, Tammy Beriault (Jean) of Maxville and Cameron Nixon (Kim) of L'Orignal; and her siblings, Pierre Dubeau (Tracy) of Ingleside, Maurice Dubeau (Connie) of Alexandria, George Dubeau (Sandra) of Cardinal, Dianne Théorêt (Daniel) of Alexandria, Annette Phelan (Mike) of Brockville and Lise Hallburg (Rusty). She is also survived by 5 step grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
