He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Koggel; and his parents, Wilhelmus Johannes Koggel and Christina Berendina Willemsen. He is survived by: his children, William (Barb Lee), Henry, Christine Koggel (Andrew Brook), Yvonne Lane (Robin), Tony (Kathy), Dan (late Beth), Wayne (Monique), Bernie, Irene Lancaster (Don), Lucian (Brenda) and Maureen Koggel (Tom Dillon).
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
