She was predeceased by: her mother Gertrud Fiala. She is survived by: her husband Steve Binette; her sons, Patrick Grundmann Binette (Lindsay Binette) and Carl Grundmann Binette; her granddaughter Lisa Binette; and her father Otto Grundmann.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd. - Alexandria Branch (114 Main St S, Alexandria, ON K0C1A0). A burial was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St-Andrews-Knox United Church Cemetery (21102 Concession Rd 2, Bainsville, ON K0C1E0).
