He was predeceased by: his parents, Marinus Verkuylen and Anna. He is survived by: his children, Lee Verkuylen, Shaun Verkuylen, Randy Verkuylen and Robert Verkuylen; and his grandchildren, Hazel and Finley. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces and nephews, and friends.
