It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeleine Laporte (Alexandria, Ontario), who passed away on December 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Darl Laporte; her son Robert Laporte; her parents, Darcino Massie and Berthe Proulx; and her siblings, Pauline Ranger (late Paul) of St. Eustache, Léo Massie (Marie-Rose) of Alexandria, Henri Massie (Lucille) of Alexandria, Jean Massie (Doris) of St. Eustache, Eugène Massie (late Cécile) of Montreal, Yvette Forgues (Roger) of Cornwall, Aline Lalonde (late Aimé) of Kingston and Bruno Massie (late Laurette).
She is survived by: her siblings, Rita Lauzon (late Reynald) of Alexandria and Lucien Massie of Montreal. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
