He was predeceased by: his brother Sean (Pam); and his parents, Donald McCarthy and Mona McCarthy. He is survived by: his wife Johanne Leroux-McCarthy; his child Courtney Schultz (Mike); his stepchildren, Sebastien Poulin, Chris Poulin (Katie) and Cathy Poulin (Tyler); his grandchildren, Declan, Riley, Tristan, Loïc and Madison; and his siblings, Mike, Danny (Deb), Jim (Jen), Maureen (Johnny), Tim (Christine), Bruce, Bonnie (Richard), Francis (Dwayne), Marion (Gary), Terry (Lynn) and Rob (Kim).

In memory of Leslie, donations to the Ottawa Cancer Clinic would be appreciated.
