He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillips and Aurore Paquette; and his siblings, Lionel, Leonard, Lauretta Seguin, Irene Seguin and Laura Phillips.
He is survived by: his spouse Yollande Phillips; his children, Lawrence Phillips (Natalie Martin) and Diane Phillips; and his sibling Annette D'Amour (Gaetan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
