He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bowbrick and Hazel Bowbrick; and his sister Beverly Ann Ward. He is survived by: his children, Brian, Robert and Michelle (Clément); his grandchildren, Belinda (Tom), Angèle, Sabrina (Rémi), James and Danielle (Curtis); and his great grandchildren, Willow, Roselyn and Cohen.
