With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jacques Joly of Alexandria, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 27, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Octave Joly and Laurette; and his siblings, Gérard, Pierrette, Roger, Carmen and Jean-Pierre.
He is survived by: his wife Marielle; his daughters, Suzanne Joly-Richer (Mario), Johanne Lanthier (Marcel) and Michèle Joly-St-Amour (Robert); his grandchildren, Philippe (Brittney), Céline (Matt), Véronique (Kevin), Dominique (André), Luc (Dominik), Justin (Vero) and Vanessa (Chris); his great grandchildren, Madeline, Evelyn, Victoria Rose, Liliann Suzanne, Simmon, Martine, Annabelle, Xavier, Aimerik, Lukael and Eva; and his sisters, Denise and Micheline. He is also survived by sisters in law, nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathies, donations to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital will be appreciated by the family.
