He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick R. MacRae and Helen Durant; and his sisters, Ann Cousineau-Allen, Alexina MacPherson (late Arnold) and Patricia.
He is survived by: his wife Micheline; his children, Ronald and Louise; his grandchildren, Emma, Jacob, Nicholas, Leeah, Carter, Cole and Maggie; and his sisters, Ruby Cullen Lily (Earle), Claire Hunter and Heather Golding (William).
