We bid farewell to Gertrud Matt of Alexandria, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Gertrud touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugen Schatzmann and Josefine Reich; her husband Quido Matt; and her son Ernst. She is survived by: her children, Werner, Peter (Harmony) and Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Katherine (Joey), Richard, Andrew (Kellie), Christina, Dominik and Phillipp; and her great grandchild Khloe.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (1 Mary Street, WILLIAMSTOWN, ON K0C2J0).
