He was predeceased by: his spouse Lorraine Erla Rowe; his parents, Leslie Rowe and Vinnie Rowe; and his sisters, Ila Franklin (late Eldon), Sharon Hebert (Rheal) and Cheryl.
He is survived by: his siblings, Morna Hebert (Arthur) and Rhona Bramhall (late Brian); and his brother-in-law Doug Rowe (Lyn Neron).
