She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Dr. William Govan; her children, Will Govan of Sudbury and Francine Govan of Alexandria; her grandchildren, Austin and Mackenzie Govan; her siblings, Gilles Boisvert (Constance) of Thunder Bay, Marc Boisvert (Ann) of Owen Sound and Paule Boisvert of Timmins; and her brother-in-law John Govan of Pickering.
