It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francine Govan of Alexandria, Ontario, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. William Robert'Bob'Govan and Françoise Doris Govan. She is survived by: her brother Will Govan (Dana Hamilton); her nieces and nephews, Austin and Mackenzie Govan; and her sister-in-law Paula McKnight.
