She was predeceased by: her children, Paul Hagen (Kory) and Margaret Hagen; and her parents, Hermanus Spijkerbosch and Maria Catharina Biezeman. She is survived by: her children, Joan Johnson (Derek), Marian Hagen-Roussin (John Laporte), William Hagen (Carmelle), Elizabeth Van Overbeek (John), Gordon Hagen (Anita), Linda Gauthier (Bob), Rita Boisvenue (Dale), Anthony Hagen (Tracy) and Diana Hagen; and her close friend William Akkermans. She is also survived by her many nephews, nieces, friends.
