He was predeceased by: his wife Thérèse Lavigne; his parents, Paul Lavigne and Albiney Titley; and his siblings, Laurent (late Jeanette), Raymond (late Cecile), Romuald (Beverley), Léda DeGuire (late René), Pauline Lavigne, Geraldine Lavigne (late William) and Rita Brunet (late Raymond).
He is survived by: his children, Denis Lavigne of Dunvegan, Donald Lavigne (late Jocelyne) of Alexandria and Denise Fraser (Leslie) of Alexandria. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
