She was predeceased by: her spouses, Ronald Gareau and Claude André; her parents, Georges Théoret and Philomène Théoret; and her siblings, Georgette Lalonde (late Éloi), Jeanne Boisvenue (late Donat), Marie-Ange Hamelin (late Maurice), Léo (late Jeannette), Rhéal (late Rose), Roger (Lucy), Raymond (Madeleine) and Aimé (Marie-Thérèse).
She is survived by: her children, Ginette Prud'Homme (Luc), Gilles Gareau (Linda), Christiane Gareau-Vallée (Marc Vallée) and Jean-Yves Gareau; her grandchildren, Émilie MacDonell (Kevin), Josée Prud'Homme (Timothy Johnson), Vanessa Gareau, Christine Prud'Homme (Martin Ducharme), Anik Prud'Homme (Alexandre Gauthier), Francis Vallée and Camille Vallée; her great grandchildren, Mickaël, Isabelle and Harley; and her sisters, Rita Beaupré (late Rolland), Pauline Martin (late Don) and Thérèse English (late Réal). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews; and by the many friends.
