He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bain and Martha Maidement. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Bain (Julie) and Richard Bain; his close friend Shannon McDonell; and his adoptive parents, Trevor, Josée, Joshua, Kaitlyn Levert, Rory, Lynn, Addison and Calla Levert.
