In the vast expanse of eternity, Darlene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Darlene farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Duncan and Theresa Duncan. She is survived by: her husband David Desmarais; her children, Philip Desmarais and Sara Libman; her granddaughter Juniper; her brother Russell Duncan; and her sister-in-law Anne Duncan. She is also survived by her cousins, nieces and nephew, along with countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd. - Alexandria Branch (114 Main St S, Alexandria, ON K0C1A0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
