He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Micheline Dorval; his children, Frederic Dorval and Martine MacPherson (Malcolm); his grandchildren, Rowan, Isla, Callum, Holden, Benjamin and Ludovic; his sisters, Denise Dorval and Ginette Dorval (Marcel Smith); and his parents, Narcisse Dorval and Éliza Dorval.
