It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Fraser of Alexandria, Ontario, who passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Fraser; and her parents, Louis Kenndy and Mary Margaret Kennedy.
