It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Margaret Hay (Alexandria, Ontario), who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander Ross Hay; her parents, John Kenneth MacSweyn and Christena Hughes McCaskill; her children, Violet Hay and Larry Hay; and her brothers, Donald Hugh and Peter Gordon (late Tena).
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Lafave (Gord), Barb McCormick (Emmett) and J. T. Hay (Lisa); her sister Anne Jean McRae (late Melvin); her grandchildren, Sean (Carrie), Darcy McCormick (Sheila), A. J. and Lauren Hay; and her great grandchildren, Rowen, Kylie, Calla, Finnan and Laine.
Memorial Donations to the Glengarry Sports Hall of Fame or Kirk Hill United Church would be appreciated by the family.
