He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Alcock and Fred Alcock; his brother-in-law Marvin Clark; and his nieces, Deborah Clark Rust (Dan) and Heather Clark.

He is survived by: his stepfather Frank Wood; his wife Ann; his children, Kevin (Bonnie Harrison), Karen, Kimberly and Kathryn (Winston Browne); his grandsons, Evan, Aaron, Owen and Orlando; and his sister-in-law Lana Clark.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Memory of William (Bill) Alcock to Diabetes of Canada or the Canadian Alzheimer's Association.
