He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; and his friend Eleanor. He is survived by: his children, Judy Avis (Keith) and Thomas Forsythe (Sue); his grandchildren, Matthew, Christine and Kerry; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Jackson and Austin.
