He is survived by: his wife Cathie; his sons, Adam (Sara), Andrew and Robb (Karen); his brother Greg (Nancy); his grandson Sylas; and his pet Milly.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Steve's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
