With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Simona Ciobanu (Ajax, Ontario), who passed away on April 22, 2025 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Dino; her parents, Petru and Tereza; her mother-in-law Maria; and her sister-in-law Lisa (Sacha).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Rd, Ajax, ON L1T1Z7). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
Simona's wish was for memorial donations to be directed to the Oak Ridges Hospice (1722 Scugog St, Port Perry, ON L9L 1E2).
