He was predeceased by: his parents, Agustine Fernandes and Olive Fernandes. He is survived by: his son Jacob; his siblings, Donna (Sherman), Maggie, Patricia, Michael (Joan), Patrick (Ruby), John (Jenny), Ignatius, Hazel and Raymond (Marcia); his motherly figure Helena Conger; and also Marcia Quintal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
