He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffery and Jumaraton; and his siblings, Marion, Neisha, Nizam, Janet and Aleem.

He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Nicole and Joshua; and his siblings, Mike and Joan. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) will be appreciated by the family.
