He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Janita Panos (Larry), Carl MacPhail (Sandra), Cindy French (Dave) and Wendy MacPhail (Mike); his sister Janice Rubino (Robert Rubino); and his grandchildren, Lewis, Henry, Amy, Leah, Kyle, Evan, Audrey and Wilson. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
