She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Miller and Agnes Miller; her husband Lloyd; her daughter Desirée; her grandchildren, Paul (Tina) and Michelle (David); her great grandchildren, Alison, Emmett, Maddilyn, Mya and Elijah; her granddaughter Sarah; her daughter Deborah (late Ken); her grandchildren, Rebecca and Cody; and her sisters, Luda Longboat and Marilyn Bellmore.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Lydia's name to The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund.
