He is survived by: his spouse Dorthe; his children, Paul (Andrea), Lisa (Rocky) and Keith (Julie); his grandchildren, Eric, Lucas, Sam, Hannah, James, Ruby and Charlie; his mother Alice Green; his siblings, Teresa (Tom), Julia (Ron) and Geoff (Darlene); his mother-in-law Vita Nielsen; and his sister-in-law Karin (Rick). He is also survived by his family and friends.
