She was predeceased by: her former husband William Scott (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Adam and Karen (Ryan); her grandsons, Benjamin and Jack; her brother Ron (Carol); her nephews, Greg (Takako) and Scott (Tima); and her husband Michael Jacobs.
